NC-TOPPS Statewide Annual Reports 2002 through 2007
Below are sets of Statewide
annual reports for fiscal and calendar years. Prior to 2005-2006,
NC-TOPPS only collected substance abuse data so reports for 2002-2003
through 2004-2005 show substance abuse populations. All reports are in pdf
format.

show Initial Interviews compared to 3-Month Update Interviews.
Initial Interviews were conducted during FY 2006-07 and the matching
3-month Update Interviews were conducted through the end of December 2007.

Initial Interviews were conducted during calendar year (CY) 2006 and the
matching 3-month Update Interviews were conducted through the end of June
2007.

Initial Interviews were conducted during SFY 2005-2006 and the matching
3-month Update Interviews were conducted through the end of December 2006.
Age/Disability Reports
(SFY 2005-2006 as of July '06)
Note: These reports were submitted to the North Carolina
Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse
Services in July 2006 as annual reports. The matched format reports were
preliminary demonstration reports, as consumers who entered treatment
toward the end of the SFY 2005-2006 had not been in treatment for
3-months yet. Other reports show all the Initial Assessments conducted
during the SFY.

Population Reports (SFY 2004-2005)
Note: During the SFY 2004-2005 NC-TOPPS only collected data on
Substance Abuse consumers and the online data collection system was in
test mode in some areas of the State. Most data were collected on paper
and were electronically scanned during this year.
